Directions to the Adirondack Foothills Pistol League Clubs

SaraSpa/Clifton Park

From Saratoga Springs area, take Rt 9N north past Greenfield Center.

As you go under the Delaware and Hudson Railroad bridge, take the next left: Porters Corners Rd. Watch for a dog leg right turn in the road, go past an open field area, the club is on the left about a mile down the road.

From Glens Falls area, take Spier Falls Road toward Corinth, turn left on County Route 25 then turn left again on Farm to Market Road (still CR 25). At junction with route 9N turn left (south) and turn right on Porter Corners Road just before RR overpass. Follow additional directions above.

Hudson Falls

Proceed north on I-87 and take exit 17N which will bring you onto Rt. 9 heading north. Turn right onto Rt. 197 approx. 1 mile from the Northway (a Hess station is at the intersection). Proceed until Rt. 197 junctions with Rt. 4 in Ft. Edward. Turn left heading north on Rt. 4 through Ft. Edward and into Hudson Falls, approx. 2 miles. Turn right onto Rt. 196 at the circle in Hudson Falls (post office on the right and a Stewart’s shop on the left).

Proceed on Rt. 196 approx. 2 miles over the canal bridge then look for the Hudson Falls Fish & Game club sign on the right hand side of the road within ¼ mile of the bridge. If you miss the club driveway you will eventually junction with Rt. 40.

Galway

Take Rt. 29 west from Saratoga Springs (Rt. 9) approx. 14 miles. Look for the club sign on the right hand side of the road after passing the junction with Rt. 147. The “CR Restaurant” is on the left just before the club driveway which is on the right.

Salem

Take exit 15 of I-87 and follow the signs for Rt. 29 east. Proceed through the villages of Schuylerville and Greenwich going toward Salem. Turn left onto Black Creek Rd. after passing the junction with Rt. 338. If you miss this turn you will eventually junction with Rt. 22. The club is on the right side of Black Creek Road. If you miss it then you will junction with county Rt. 30.

North Troy

Take Rt. 67 through Mechanicsville until you junction with Rt. 40 near Schagticoke. Turn right heading south on Rt. 40 until you see the sign for the hamlet of Spiegeltown. Turn left at the sign (or near it) at a right hand bend in Rt. 40 onto Fogarty Road (county route 126). Proceed past Mineral Springs Road on your left until you junction with North Pole Road also on your left. This intersection is a bit funky especially in the dark. Most people who get turned around do so at this intersection. Fogarty Road takes a bend to the right but you want to turn left off of it onto Grace Cushman Road. The club is up Grace Cushman on the left. Look for the sign on the left side of the road as the club house is down through the woods. These gentlemen have a nice, secluded spot here of which we are all envious. Good luck!

Troy

Take I-87 south and get off at exit 7, Rt. 7. Swing around onto Rt. 7 heading east towards Troy. As you cross the Collar City Bridge take the first exit on the right bearing hard right. This will bring you onto Rt. 4 (River Street) heading north. Proceed until you see 101^st Street. Take a right onto 101^st and proceed until the street ends at the gates to a cemetery. Turn left just before the gates then take your first right onto Grace Court. The Troy Pistol League is at the end of Grace Court. The clubhouse number is 235-7800.

Guan-Ho-Ha

Take Rt. 67 west out of the village of Ballston Spa to the junction of Rt. 147 (at a large church). Turn left heading south on Rt. 147. Look for a school on your left then turn right onto Closson Road. Proceed to the end. Turn left, then take your first right onto Rector Road. The clubhouse is a short ways down Rector Road on your right.
