The Blue Mountain Lake Club

The blue Mountain Lake Hunting Club is located on Route 30(and Route 28) {see map} North of Blue Mountain Lake N.Y.. The Club leases 3700 acres {see a more detailed map} from Finch Pruyn Paper company. These acres are on both sides of Route 30. Additionally, large areas of state lands are accessible from the club lease.

The club offers both big game and small game hunting. Big game hunting rules allow members and paid member's guests ($25 per weekend) only and restrict the taking of doe.

While the club is primarily a hunting club there are many outdoor activities available. More than 1/2 of our members do not hunt. Two large ponds are accessible from club property and offer excellent fishing. There are numerous marked trails that are near to club property ... in fact the Northville Placid Trail follows the club boundary. Logging roads provide access to otherwise difficult to access state owned lands. The logging roads also make great cross country ski trails in the winter months.

The membership is limited. Yearly dues are $250. Camping is permitted although a permanent campsite must be approved. Camping carries a fee.
